Hi LG F-200L, I understand that there is no menu button on this device. Try to hold and press or tap the left portion of the button.

According to http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_optimus_vu_ii_f200-pictures-4950.php the phone has a menu button to the right of the device home button. The three line button on the bottom of the phone will act as the menu button in Firefox.
