Android Firefox app can no longer sync. (A 10)

It suddenly logged me out, and I can log in, but I never get to set up the app, nor does it stay logged in. Deleting all app data an downloading a new copy has only made stuff worse. The log in photo of squiggly stamp no longer works either, I still have to do the annoying and slow, buggy 3 point log in, I log in, but I never get to sync. Is Firefox history too now, just like Thunderbird?

Instead of using the QR code, have you tried using the alternative email method to connect your device to your Firefox Account?
