Dumb question: I have a Firefox Flame which is supposed to dual-boot Firefox OS and Android. I've only used FFOS so far. I'm wondering if booting to Android would wipe out my FFOS settings, apps, and/or data? And if not, exactly how do I go about setting that up? Thanks.

How did you setup said "dual-boot"?

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Phone_guide/Flame doesn't mention anything about dual booting capabilities for Flame.

Are you using Geeksphone Revolution? That handset has a dual-boot option. But I heard you cannot run two OS at once. You have to delete the previous one and then install another one from the settings. Data will be removed.
