After I have opened google maps and then I enter a post code and press search nothing happens. Not able to zoom into a location therefore and not able to get the street view either. This has happened since the last update I guess. Can anyone help please ? Chris

HI! I am a Firefox user for many years, but I am encountering now problems I never had. First, before the opening of an address I get a message "Transferring data from assets.adobedtm.com" and it takes a while before I access the site. Problem 2: in Firefox settings I see a message: "your browser is being managed by your organization" But I do not belong to any organization!!! Furthermore I see a link to "ImportEnterpriseRoots" classified as "active" and "true". What the hell is this? I hope you can help solve those problems. In the meantime I will use Edge... HELP!!! Tell me how to DISABLE the back and forward arrows that now come up on the left and right sides of the Firefox panel from out of nowhere. They keep destroying my work even though I try my hardest to avoid them! They have my swearing at my computer.

Firefox 106.0.1 (64-bit) my notebook is a Dell Vostro15 3000 with Win.11 pro (version 21H2) The Yahoo mail tab, which I have always open, keeps closing unexpectedly but I can't figure out if this happens with an exact action of mine. I believe it closes either when I read a yahoo mail or view an attachment, but also randomly even if I am visiting another irrelevant page on another tab of Firefox, when I suddenly discover that this exact tab (yahoo mail) has been closed. This never happened on my previous NB with win 10. Is this a win 11 problem?

I need access to my other Firefox account. It's an account I have for work and it was created while I was a temp. I got hired on by the company and they disabled my old AD account and that is the email I used to create a Firefox sync account. I don't have access to that email account anymore so therefore cannot receive a verification email to log in. I would like to change the email on that account to my new address. I really need all those bookmarks. We support well over a hundred different services and such, and it would take weeks or months to build up these bookmarks again. I have the login info for that Firefox account.

My friend has been having issues with her account after getting a new PC. She is looking for a Mozilla support phone number or email, and has asked me to post on the forum. We've been through the self help portal and looked around all over the contact page. Any pointers are appreciated.

i've been a loyal fan for over 20 years but i just can't comprehend why would ignoring dns settings be a good idea .. i can't even imagine a hypothetical situation when this makes sense.

I use Firefox almost exclusively. After opening a link from an email for a digital magazine download, the form necessary to complete the download does not appear in Firefox, but it will appear if I do the same in Chrome. Images attached.

Is there a setting that is affecdting this?
