How can my e-mail resolution settings be restored?

more options

When e-mail is opened, the resolution is gigantic. My e-mail was not set up this way. However the screen message says the resolution is too small and to click on "try again". This step does not solve the problem and also seems contradictory to the problem.

I cannot seem to restore the e-mail settings so the resolution is normal. Help!

Chosen solution

Are you having a problem with an e-mail website in Firefox (web browser)? If so, which one? Or are you having a problem with Thunderbird (e-mail application)?

If the problem is a text that's too big on an e-mail website, simply hold down Ctrl and press 0 (that's zero) to reset the zoom level.

I don't know what to make of that. Can you post a screenshot of the message?

The screen resolution is something you control in your operating system. To change it, right-click an empty area of the desktop and choose Screen Resolution.
