Who maintains the default English-US dictionary for Firefox?

I would like to contribute to the dictionary that ships with FF. It looks like it's listed as an add-on, but since it installs by default (and unless that bug has been fixed, can't be changed) I'm not clear if that's the same dictionary or an alternative US English dictionary. Who would I talk to about helping to maintain the default dictionary?

Chosen solution

The default dictionary isn't an add-on, its in Firefox by default. If you want to propose words for the dictionary, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=499593 has a list of words that need to be added.
