please give me back my green, yellow and red buttons for my firefox. I just downloaded this and they are not there. It is not clear how to get them back either. Why am I expected to simply sort this out myself? What is wrong with you guys? I cannot find this... Doing business with you software interface designers is like an impossible game of telepathy. If this were to happen at work it would be referred to as 'constructive dismissal' , this means setting someone up to fail. For people, you, to advertise a product as easy to use and fantastic is just crazy!

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).

Try to remove the Firefox plist file (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).

Go to "~/Library/Preferences" and remove the plist file for Firefox (org.mozilla.firefox.plist)

Make sure that you install Firefox properly.

Open the Firefox disk image file and drag the Firefox program into the Applications folder on your hard drive. You shouldn't double-click the Firefox application to run it from the disk image, but instead drag it out of the DMG folder.
