Hello,

Can you please confirm if you are using this on Firefox or on Thunderbird? You mentioned IMAP messages from GMail, so trying to understand if you are using the webmail access or if you are using a mail client on Windows 8.1 to get the emails (Thuderbird). And also, is this the first time you are configuring gmail on Windows 8.1?
