Old eyes, small fonts.

I can manage fonts/zoom for site content. SITE FONTS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM.

Is there a way to set the font parameters for the BROWSER in about:config to control the fonts of BROWSER MENU ITEMS (File Edit View... etc) and TAB TITLE (TEXT) CONTENT?

ps -- Save us from trite canned boilerplate. A simple 'no', or 'yes' with simple specifics of relevant about:config entries, would be nice. GREAT would be access to the FULL list of possible about:config settings

You're keeping that 'EASY' button, I take it? Already had something like this for Thunderbird, now I feel a bit silly for not connecting the dots. Thanks.

ps -- Just in case... Got the full list of about:config opportunities?

You can use an extension to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages.

Note that it is better not to increase the minimum font size, but to use an extension to set the default page zoom to prevent issues with text not being displayed properly.
