my bookmark tabs keep rearranging. I never had this problem until I reinstalled firefox.
I reformatted my computer a few days ago and reinstalled firefox. I then added to my bookmark tabs from memory. Every time I bring up the browser, the tabs are rearranged so I have to reorder them they way I want. Some of the tabs don't even drag.

Where are the bookmarks out of order:
- Bookmarks Toolbar
- Bookmarks Menu or Bookmarks Sidebar
How are you rearranging them -- directly on that bar/menu, or using the Library dialog (Bookmarks Organizer)?

You can check for problems with the localstore.rdf file.

Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.
