firefox won't save yahoo stock chart settings

settings won't save. turned off Norton, still doesn't work set to accept cookies, cleared cache as directed, cleared history, did everything directed by Firefox help. Still doesn't work. Yahoo does not have this problem with other browsers, just Firefox.
