Firefox keeps popping up, saying it's updated, but it's the same version I already have.

Every few hours/days, Firefox will have the little pop-up in the bottom right corner (or the bigger second window) saying that I need to 'Restart Firefox in order to install updates'. The only problem is, there isn't an update, cause it's the same version number. I'm not sure on exactly how often this happens, but it's at least once a day.

Any information will be incredibly helpful, and greatly appreciated. Thanks! :D

You run a Firefox Aurora build (11.0a2) and such a build get updated each day.

If you do not want that then download the current 9.0.1 release and uninstall that Aurora version, but do NOT remove personal data and install the current release.
