When loading ebay or paypal sites, I type letters but get numbers??

After signing in to ebay or paypal, I can type in their search box using letters/words but only numbers show up. I tried the sites in another web browser and everything works fine.

That issue can be caused by the XFINITY Constant Guard Protection Suite, so you can check the settings in that program.
