Whenever I try to reset firefox into 32 bit from the yellow bar, it reset but nothing happens. I have open in 32 bit mode selected in get info. How do I use 32 bit mode

when I try to play a flash game, I press the reset button on the yellow bar and when it reloads my browser the yellow bar come back up.
