how can I remove (permanently) the "give feedback" button, Fox 6.0.2

The "give feedback" button is a nuisance to me. Reason: There are far too many players calling for user feedback. So: How can I delete (permanently, once & for all) the "give feedback" button in Firefox 6.0.2? On the web, I found instructions for Firefox 4 only (did not apply to Ffox 6).

I am not sure that the button is a Ffox thing--it could be an add-on (if so, how to remove); it could be a pop-up of the site I am visiting (if so, how to remove).
