I switched from Verizon to Yahoo. Downlo yahoo FireF still getting Verizon sign in page, need yahoo page

I originally had verizon internet service when I used Firefox, but since have changed to yahoo. I just downloaded Firefox, and it asked me if I wanted Firefox for yahoo and I said yes. When i click on the Firefox Icon to star my browzer it brings up the verizon sign in page, which I no longer can sign in to it. email to reply to is evan.1834@yahoo.com
