Not connecting to internet through Admin account, "proxy server not accepting" can connect with other accounts on same computer. Help?

Proxy server is refusing connections. That is the message that I get when trying to connect to the internet. It is only happening on my account, other accounts on the same computer connect. Task bar is showing connection to my network. I bring up my account and nothing connects, current weather, stocks, nothing and I can't get on the internet. Corrupt files maybe? Make a new profile and forget the old account? Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.

You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"
