No change url location when change site, from bookmarks or select visited site

Firefox 5.0 Recently i see that my url location no change when visit another site.

Two things happend: 1. in youtube (an another sites) the url location go blank (""), nothing see 2. in other sites, the url are the previus site visit, not the current

If open a new tab and open a favorite, in url see "Go to a web site", but not the url of favorite. When i click some link, the url will appear.
