i downloaded printmaster 2011 and now can not open it. I received a note saying that the JVM could not be started. The maximum heap size (-Xmx) might be too large or an antivirus or firewall tool could block the execution.

One question I have for you is what version of Java is needed for that application?
The Java Plug-in 1.5.0_05 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper) that you have installed is an old version. Maybe you need a 1.6.0 version?? Also known simply as Version 6.
