Trying to upgrade from Firefox 3 to Firefox 4. No instructions.

Clicked on download Firefox 4. Dialogue box said I chose to open Firefox exe. with choice of "save file" or "cancel". "Save file" downloads exe again, no further action. "Cancel" erases that I ever asked for Firefox. Cannot get any further.
