How do I move the location of "tabs open". I don't like it at the top and want it back where it was with the older version.

We just updated to the new version but I like some of the features of the older version. One of those being the location of the open tabs. How can I move it back down to the bottom of all the toolbars?

Right-click on a toolbar and click on the "Tabs on Top" entry to de-select it.
