I just upgraded to Firefox 4 and want to go back to the previous version. I do not want to read dozens of web pages to do it. Please just tell me how. Downgrade instructions please

Long-time Firefox user moving to Chrome.
FF 4 doesn't work with my add-ons. It's clumsy and very disappointing. I tried the beta for a while and uninstalled with a thorough report, but now the 'live' version is just as bad.
