App tabs are reopened as new tabs

When I open Firefox 4 (ver. 4.0.1), I noticed that the app tabs are re-opened in new tabs. This only happens if there are no tabs other than the app tabs in the browser before closing the whole browser. I have 4 app tabs, and these 4 are re-opened in another set of 4 regular tabs when I open Firefox.

Also if i click the Home button, new tabs appear and they are similar to the app tabs I had. If there are regular tabs open, they are replaced with the tabs similar to the app tabs.
