I have multi-screens open but need to print just the current viewed screen

We use a citrix program to process vendor payments. In using this system it opens up several dialogue boxes of which I only need to print the top one I'm looking at but when I go to file - print, the print function brings up the very first dialogue box to be printed not the actual one I need. How can I get around this or do I need to download the screen to a document and print that way?

Is the Menu bar with File > Print showing in that particular "dialog box"?
If not, have you tried using {Ctrl + P} to initiate printing for that specific "dialog box"?

If the Menu bar is suppressed from appearing in the window that has "focus" (appears on the "top") and you access the File menu in another window, the "Print" command is going to be for that window with the Menu bar, not the one you want to print.

If you do a "screenshot" of only that dialog box, you're going to end up with an image of that dialog box; if you need the actual data that is showing in that dialog box, you're outta luck - can't be read by any other program if it is in an image file.
