WHEN I CLICK ON "PRINT" AT THE UPS SHIPPING SITE OR WHEN I CLICK ON A UTUBE VIDEO, I GET A FIREFOX BOX, EMPTY, THAT SAYS "STOPPED" AND NOTHING HAPPENS. HELP!
on just about any website -- if i click on print at ups or try to share a youtube video or click for a larger image on a retail site -- i get the empty firefox box that says "stopped" in the lower left. i just had to abort a ups shipment because i couldn't print the labels. help! i tried reinstalling firefox but it made no difference.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
