When I open Firefox I get an error saying "The connection was reset"

I went through the articles and did what they said for a situation like this but it didn't fix it. It also says underneath "Connection was reset" "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." 

However you can help would be most appreciated. Thank you for your time.
