I think you mistake the browser string information - according to your post, you are currently running 3.0.19.

This tells us:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.9.0.19) Win NT 5.2 - Vista I think? Or 2003? en-US - english language browser 1.9.0.19 - Mozilla engine number

Gecko/2010031422 Firefox/3.0.19 Firefox/3.0.19 - Firefox version number 3.0.19
