I have 4 windows open but firefox only shows 3 of them.

I have 4 windows open but sometimes one of them will disappear. They are actually still open because if there is an audio playing from them it continues despite the fact that you cannot find the window. (I have multiple tabs in each window)

This happened

Every time Firefox opened
