You can't change Firefox keybinds from within settings. Please can someone direct me to a resource that details each step in achieving this, without need to install an extension. Currently "Ctrl + Win + Left Arrow/Right Arrow" moves between tabs for me, however I use vertical tabs, so would like to use "Ctrl + Win + Up Arrow/Down Arrow" instead.

Firefox doesn't have a feature for this. I think the add-on author could enable it if those shortcuts are being sent to its sidebar.
