To: Whoever that may be able to help:

I am a Thai national who is communicating with my email contacts using either English or Thai. The webmail I am using does not support the display of the Thai language correctly. The emails that I have received in Thai have been displayed in characters unrecognizable to me. Before Firefox had the encoding function under View menu. There is a drop-down list where I could select Unicode to convert the unrecognizable text in the emails to the properly-displayed Thai characters. However, after the update to 91.0.2, the encoding function is changed to "Repair character encoding." After I click on that, the unrecognizable texts are transformed to another set of unrecognizable characters!

Is anybody able to help?

Thanks, Sharak H. Thailand
