duplicate copies in Sent with my MS365 Outlook server work account Not seen at home accessing that account Same client used, OS is Manjaro stable, with TB 78.7.1 64bit acessing OWL server, outlook.office365.com No aliases, no filters.

Area for copies is greyed out under Copies & Folders but was set by software to Place a copy in Sent. It seems Outlook places a copy for you and you do not need to ask for one.

T home, the same client does not disable choices for my gmail account, does for work account, but only saves one copy.

What's going on, and how can I config it to get only one copy saved in Sent? Is this some server/domain policy? Is there a config hack to work around it?

Thanks.

The O365 account should work the same as the gmail account, i.e. uncheck 'Place a copy in' since sent messages are automatically copied to Sent. If it isn't working properly with the O365 account, it must be due to how the account was set up with Owl.
