UNABLE TO PRINT FULL SIZE PAGES from the web using Mozilla Firefox via my HP desktop

Unable to print from the internet full size pages only third portrait size. Tried config: and Printer_ print etc but only offers me to remove my label Zebra printer for Royal Mail (which prints fine) When using my regular HP Desktop 4120 I cannt acces the info to sort this out. Ive tried usual print to file margin setting etc but no go Any ideas?
