Firefox reloads to near the start of the original page, rather than at the article I selected.

When reloading a news website home page, Firefox returns to near the top of the page rather than at the article previously selected. This occurs only on this webpage, but does not happen when using MS Edge. On another PC, Firefox reloads normally on the same website. Both machines have the most recent Firefox updates.
