How do you adjust webcam brightness in Firefox?

I am using browser based software that allows me to take a photo with my webcam / camera on my tablet. The photos work fine, but they all seem to be a little dim. I want to adjust the brightness up for all photos taken, but I don't see where to do it.

In Firefox settings? Somewhere in Windows?
