Since the update 79.0, I'm having problems with downloads not starting, if they are directed to a different server via the download button. Before, the extra window would briefly open and close and then the download dialogue would pop up as to where to save the file. This is no longer happening, the window briefly pops open, but it doesnt let me save the file anymore. Instead i found out, that its creating a bunch of .part files in the Appdata/Temp folder for each download that didnt start that way. What still works is rightclick-> save as, however, that's not very comfortable. Any idea as to what change may have caused this behaviour and how I can fix it?
