Placing Tabs Below Address Bar In v78.x?

I just made the mistake of upgrading Firefox to disable another annoyance that couldn't just simply be toggled in the prior version where it was introduced like it is now. In doing so, it removed the ability to move the Tabs below the Address Bar via userChrome.CSS. What worked previously does not work now. Unfortunately, I forgot this would happen. I feel pretty stupid for that.

How do I get the Tabs placed below the Address Bar this time around?
