easiest way to copy bookmarks to new profile

How can I distribute the bookmarks to new profiles, ( without import steps ) ? it is not just one file, like internet explorer ? is it possible the remove the "Make Firefox your default browser" message ? by regkey ?

I found this nice add-ons for firefox Generate a policies.json and copy this to: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\distribution https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/enterprise-policy-generator/

I found this nice add-ons for firefox Generate a policies.json and copy this to: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\distribution https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/enterprise-policy-generator/
