How do I eliminate Beta profile so earlier TB will run

For some unknown reason, my old TB was updated to Beta version 73. One of the problems was that bcc. was restricted to one person per email. I thought that by downloading version 68, everything might return to normal. Instead when trying to open TB, I get the message below. Now neither version of TB will open.

How do I revert to my old version of TB (the one before Beta reared it's ugly head).

If that is not possible, how do I eliminate the Beta profile, which I can't see, so that version 68 will open?

Followed what you said, but at "Thunderbird - User Profile" all that is shown is "default". Is that version 68?

Should I click "Start Thunderbird" at the bottom? I tried to send a copy of this, but always encountered an error.
