So some things are disabled. As to why they are disabled that may be in the Video Card Program interface. As Google Maps uses intense graphics you will experience this issue al s long as these things remain unfixed by reinstalling your drivers, if that even helps, or by upgrading yr video card and possibly the system as anything over 5yrs unless it is cutting edge and you paid over 2 grand for it is time to get a new one.
