Since update to v61.0 Firefox does not allow https://webtop.webmail.optimum.net/ to load attachment to outgoing email.

Attaching files to email still works in Internet Explorer. Tried following FF fixes:

Starting in safe mode Clearing caches and cookies.

Same problem.

Popup window appears in FF but selected file does not attach to email
