Had to uninstall FF, now when I try to download I get the message: Your FireFox profile can't be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.

Did you manually remove the Firefox profile folder in "AppData\Roaming"?

If you did then remove the profiles.ini file as well.

You can find the profiles.ini file in this hidden location:

  • Windows: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\
    C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\
  • Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/
  • Linux: ~/.mozilla/firefox/
