Crash ID: bp-7917538c-03ce-4fdc-b94e-381dc2161207 Please help me. Every time I launch Mozilla Firefox, the restore session tab appears and I cannot do anything else. I cannot open another tab successfully, not even the homepage will load. I’m using windows 10 if that helps. Is there a possible fix? I’ve left the crash ID of the latest “crash”.

Create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.

Update your Rapport program. If there is still a problem, disable it.
