Almost every email I send out - a window pops up saying "An error occurred while sending mail... This message was classified as spam". How can I sort this out?!
The full message says:
"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: This message was classified as SPAM and may not be delivered. Please check the message and try again."
This is happening more and more frequently and has happened to the last 4 emails I have just tried to send. Why is this happening and what can I do to mend it?
Thanks,
Rhiannon

Have you asked your provider why their server thinks you are sending spam? That would be the place to start.
Hi,
To be honest, I thought that Thunderbird was the one responsible and was the 'server'. Sorry for my naivety. This email system was set up by my web designer. I shall get in touch with them now to see if they know why.
Thanks.
Thunderbird is email client software running on YOUR computer. Email providers have servers.
