Hi this is my first time asking on here as ive tried most things and am stuck....

after the update for firefox (i think 43) it has started Not Responding / Unresponsive Script on some sites.

Youtube.com - when i am on the video manager and trying to add annototins. clipconverter.cc - when converting youtube videos to download, it just crashes and hangs and turns white for about 10 seconds and i cant do anything.

when it does this on those sites it will show a round blue circle as if its loading and then go on and off and on and offagain flashing as if its trying to connect but after 10 mins nothing just does not load the site.

here is 1 of the scripts that it says was "Unresponsive" or something " https://s.ytimg.com/yts/jsbin/www-core-vflYSgAbC/www-core.js:191 " not sure if that will help.

what ive tried...... i have went into about:config and done.... DNS Prefetching IPv6 set as No Proxy cleared cache cookies etc. and i have refreshed firefox

and now here i am as the problem still exists.

has anyone got any ideas why this is happening a it was working great before the update and i have to upload videos on firefox and then go onto internet explorer to edit them and set annototions etc.

ive uploaded a screen of youtube annototions page and its just doing nothing. i have java installed as thats what youtube uses and also the videos all work and play on youtube its just the annototions and edit page that wonte work.

Thanks in advance for the help if any...

Chosen solution

Since no one has answered this, i did how ever find why it was happening. Not Responding / Unresponsive Script / crashing / freezing / not loading some websites.

i tried a few other things to no avail and then i installed adobe flash player from www.adobe.com and it worked ( make sure you close firefox before installing adobe falsh player )

now youtube edit videos and annototions work after that but i never had the flash plugin installed on my last install of firefox so dont no why it needed it this time after the update but it works so i am happy.

if any one alse has this problem then download the adobe flash plugin from here... https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=KLXMF

also make sure you tick the box so that you do not install McAfee internet sucurity as its a 3rd party install. simply un tick the box before you install Flash Player.

Thanks...
