Why does Google AdWordsgoogle website not allow me to enter due to cookies not enabled when Firefox shows they are inabled?

I have Windows 10 and the latest Firefox and every time I try to enter Google AdWordsgoogle I get an error stating I need to enable cookies before I can enter the site.
