Why does Firefox keep asking me to open or save: sugr.swf which is: swf File (159KB) from http://sdk.vindicosuite.com EVERY FIVE SECONDS over and over and over?

Please help. I tried to send you a jpeg of the window that keeps popping up but it won't load.
