Firefox crashes 10-20 times a day. Absolutely useless for office work.
I have read all the suggestions, including restore (done; which caused all sorts of other issues with links and business use). Nothing seems to work. Mozilla is stopping business and we're going to switch away after 10+ years if this continues.

I looked at the six most recent appear reports. Four are linked to a bug tracking entry related to a very recent update to Trusteer Rapport, and the other two do not yet appear to have a relevant diagnosis.
Mozilla has reached out to Trusteer this morning to try to figure out what is going on, but at this point, I am not aware of a solution or workaround other than to only run one of these at a time. If you do not need to access a financial institution that requires Rapport, I suggest turning it off temporarily until you do need such access, and then use a different browser for that.
Hopefully this problem can be nailed down and fixed in a few days since many people have this combination (but I don't know whether that is a realistic hope).
Hi peterriva, was this problem resolved? According to a reply in the bug tracking system, IBM/Trusteer released an update on May 6th to address it.
