My current nightly is 37.0a1. New updates say the same thing and when I install it anyway either it fails or the same update is offered again.

Chosen solution

The Nightly and Aurora development channels gets checkins almost everyday so therefore it gets a update each of those days. Sometimes on occasion there is a respin in which if you miss it will make for a full update instead of a small partial the next time you get a update.

If you want to be a Nightly Tester then you may want to hang out at http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=23 where Testers are.

It looks like the problem may have solved itself as the 37.0a1 dated 12/02 has been updated to 12/05 successfully. The update failure wasn't from the same update after all, I wasn't looking at the date so I got it wrong. It's all better now.
