I have added a new calendar, but it is showing the same events as my current calendar. I wanted it to be completely separate and show separate events.

I added a new calendar, but it is showing exactly the same events as my current calendar. I hoped that it would be completely separate so that I could keep my personal events off my work calendar.

Maybe I'm missing a setting somewhere.............

Can you provide more details about your set-up? Is it a network calendar? Is it a Google Calendar?

You may have set-up the same calendar twice.
