when using online QuickBooks I am unable to to see current bills in the 'pay one vendor' section. How can I resolve this?
In the 'Pay One Vendor' section of online Quickbooks I should be able to see a vendor's current bills and vendor credits. Unfortunately, ever since I updated to the latest firefox version I am unable to see the current bills. If I'm using Explorer I do not have this issue.

you'd better do some check and asking for tech support for those webistes supporting onine payment business, through telephone or email. what version of web browser they support, what kinds of encryptions/programs needed for the clients' side. you need to ask the websites' customer service center.
Yes, I already tried doing that. The customer service rep told me that she was using Firefox as well and that she was not having the same problem. I believe this must have to do with some kind of option I've selected. But I can't figure out which one. Everyone else I work with uses Firefox as well and they have not had this issue.
this started happening to me after I upgraded to the latest version 4.0. I just uninstalled 4.0, and reinstalled 3.6.13... and it's working the way it should again.
